The "Earth Infra Buyers Group" is the oldest platform where buyers of various projects, from different part of the world, express their views, suggestions, and grievances etc. This group was founded by Shri Ankur Saraswat, Shri Vaibhav Saxena & Shri Shashank Raghav in month of January 2016. With initial support of around 100 buyers now this group is being supported by 4000+ buyers of different projects, which makes it the largest group of the Earth Infra buyers. We have presence on four major social media platforms; 32 Groups on Whatsapp, 1 on Telegram, 1 on Signal and 4 on Facebook.
We are representing all the buyers under the name of "EARTH VICTIMS ASSOCIATION" in criminal case against the company. We are also supported by Seven other registered associations of buyers of different projects. An association helps to bring unity in the group in a democratic way. Our association is helping all the genuine buyers of all the projects to get justice and solution. We wish to expand this family of buyers so that every one could be on same platform and move forward in our fight for our right.
After continuous efforts of our group, GNIDA was bound to hold a builder buyer meeting on 20th May, 2016. 3 FIRs were registered in a single day by Delhi Economic Offences Wing in month of July, 2016 to bring all the buyers under protection of law. Till now by continuously following and efforts 5 FIRs have been duly registered with the Delhi Economic Offences Wing. Thousands of buyers have been guided in different processes in last four years and we are still guiding more and more victims on daily basis.

STATUS OF EOW CASE
Avdhesh Goel was arrested on 15th February, 2017. Presently under Judicial Custody in Tihar since 25th February, 2017. Bail rejected from CHIEF METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATE (CMM) Court and Session Court of Tis Hazari Court.
Rajneesh Mittal was arrested on 2nd April, 2017. Presently under Judicial Custody in Tihar Since 10th April, 2017. Bail rejected from CHIEF METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATE (CMM) Court and Session Court of Tis Hazari Court.
Atul Gupta was arrested on 2nd August, 2017. Presently under Judicial Custody in Tihar since 10th August, 2017. Anticipatory Bail rejected Two times from Session Court of Tis Hazari Court before arrest. After 5 days of arrest admitted to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital due to Complaint of Chest Pain. Sent directly in Judicial Custody in Tihar after Two days of hospitalization.
Vikas Gupta has been arrested on 21 March, 2018 from Navkathwa Village, Ramgardhwa area of Motihari, Bihar. He was trying to run away from the country through Nepal border. After being an absconder and a Proclaimed Offender for a whole year finally he was arrested by Bihar Police. He was presented in Mothihari Court by Bihar Police but somehow he succeeded in securing bail on medical grounds with the directions to surrender himself in Delhi Tis Hazari Court within 4 months. His transit bail application filed by EOW was also rejected which was been challenged by EOW in Patna High Court. After completion of 4 months when Vikas Gupta did not surrender himself, EOW again issued search warrants and arrested him from a hotel in the Delhi Airport Area. As per the unofficial reports he was trying to get away from the country by using a fake passport.
